Did a search for pharmaceutical grade soda ash and calcium chloride since BRS has doubled their prices on these additives. Saw there was Reef Endurance that is pharma grade and bulk sizing, has anyone tried them and is there any site for ordering? Coralvue's website indicates that these are only available through retail partners, doubt a local LFS would carry these 5g sizes.

Just a comment on Pharma (USP or EP or JP) and food grade: do not assume pharma grade is always better than food grade unless you read the actual specifications. Sometimes it seems not as good for certain chemicals (calcium hydroxide seems to fit this description, with pharma grade having fewer actual specification limits than food grade, and all of the matching specifications have the same allowed limits or are lower for food grade). The thing regulators consider is how much one might consume in either way. The more you consume, the fewer toxic impurities should be present.

I am not sure for these two in particular, but food grade is always an appropriate choice, IMO.
