Yes each has their own experiences. Tried John multiple times. Got the same wet napkin in shipping with dead snails. Yes he does credit losses but he wanted interior anatomy pics of each dead snail...lol.... switched to Saltwateraquarium.com and was pleasantly surprised at superior quality. Very large healthy inverts professionally packaged individually by species better then most coral or fish vendors. Everything alive and healthy and competitive pricing so of course there are strong alternatives to what may or may not have been good previously.
