Did anyone have this issue?? I reached out to the customer service and they said they can't replace or cover the product as it is out of warranty. Didn't expect such an expensive product to get damaged.. Reading the post on on this site Redsea aquariums are being disparaged worldwide and it looks like every single aquarium will have a leak after a certain point, just matter of time... My entire floor, carpet and other apex equipment got damaged due to this and the customer service rep was horrible, he had no empathy.. please ignore this company if you can ..
