Red Sea RSK 300 Skimmer Super Loud, Lid Shaking Violently

Just got the skimmer yesterday, it wasn't exactly quiet, but acceptable. I went downstairs to check it the next morning, the lid was shaking badly. The lid has been pushed down as much as I can, still shaking. Does anyone have the same problem?

I am in China, tried to reach rea sea customer support in China, It seems like their website has a problem, can't submit any request after filling the form.

Yikes. Mine definitely doesn't do that.
I find the neck cleaner holds the vibrations to non-existent for me.
Have you taken the cup off and tried to reinstall the lid/cleaner part?
Also mine is pretty tight to push down, is yours?
