Red sea reefer rebuild?

I recently purchased this red sea reefer 450(92)gal for $300. Everything looked pretty good except for the front right vertical seal has what looks to be an air gap in it. Should this be resealed? Just the front redone? Or the whole thing rebuilt? The sump does have a small crack on one of the long panels that I plan to replace also

Honestly for $189, as long as they do a good job, I think that's a great price for the peace of mind.
