Hi everyone, I have been in the hobby for about 15 years, off and on. I recently set up a JBJ 10 gallon AIO and wanted more space for corals/fish, so I purchased a Red Sea Reefer XL 200 new off of Facebook. The previous owner upgraded the plumbing to schedule 80 PVC and also swapped the valves to Spears gate valves, which is a nice upgrade. I still need to order an ATO. I took a lot of time with the aquascape, which I am very happy with. Tank was filled with water 12/31/22. I originally went cheap on the light and return pump (amazon) and returned both (so glad I did, what a difference)!

I plan to setup a quarantine tank soon, something I have not done previously.

Tank: Red Sea Reefer 200XL
Light: Radion XR 15 blue
Return pump: Sicce Synchra Silent 2.0
UV sterilizer: Aqua Ultraviolet 15W
Sump: Red Sea sump
Skimmer: Bubble Magnus Curve 5 Elite
Mechanical filtration: AquaMaxx 170
RODI: Aquaticliife 100GPD

Fish Stocking Ideas:
Black/white clown (currently in the tank)
Wyoming White Clown
Tailspot Blenny (will be moved from 10 gallon)
Ruby Longfin Fairy Wrasse
3-5 Green Chromis

Thanks for looking!

Things have been going well with the new tank. Zoas are growing very fast with the new Radion. Added some more rock to the left side. Currently quarantining an Orchid Dottyback and a Bullet Hole Clown, two more week and they go into the DT. Also picked up a bubble tip nem. Thanks for checkin it out!

Some pics before the lights went out last night. I added the Bullet Hole Clown and the Orchid Dottyback. The Zoas and Montis are starting to take off!

Quick update. The tank is really starting to mature and the corals are growing fast. I have slowly increased the intensity of the Radion and everything is loving the extra PAR. The corraline algae is taking hold. I have been buying really nice frags off of Facebook and OfferUp for great deals! Got the quarantine tank running again, hoping to pick up a few more fish this weekend, I really want to add some Green Chromis.
