Red Sea AB+ vs Fauna Marine Amin - which do you prefer...but more importantly, why?

I have been using AB+ for a long time now...and don't mind it. I dose it, 2x a day - every 12hrs. I sorted out the refrigeration requirement long long ago.

Value wise....its seems - based on my current dosing (and recommendations) - both are close to equal.

End of day.....they are both basically amino acids - corals supplements with, what I can tell - very little waste.

Not sure if it worth it...switching from AB+.

Fauna's is pretty much an amino acid mix + "various organic carbon compounds for amino acid synthesis." Reef energy has carbs, fatty acids, and vitamins too but Red Sea doesn't specific which are in the product. I don't think it would make a big difference if you use one or the other in most cases. I use reef energy but that is simply because I enjoy the color lol.
