This is what I run. I do have my white down a lot for to my tank still pretty new and not wanting to have a big alage bloom. I have 2 in a 90 gallon, 4 foot long. Got a few BTA, zoas, polys and they all do great.

These lights are pretty simple with only the blue and white channels making a difference. Purple adds almost nothing visually or of PAR.

I set blues to 100 then work up/down the white at Max, with a par meter to hit the number I'm looking for.
