I have had my mushroom rock for about a month or so now and this randomly piped up. At first sight I though it was aptasia but over the last week I am not so sure. Any thoughts?

If you can remove the rock, that would be the best wayWhat’s the best way to get rid of just one small one before it starts up?
I'd remove the rock during a water change and in a separate bucket of water hit the aiptasia with kalkwasser paste, aiptasia x, etc. Then after it retreats in the hole cover it with a generous amount of reef glue. Doing this outside of the tank will help in not causing an outbreak. I would not throw the rock away, those are pretty mushroomsSo just take the 3 mushrooms as a loss and get rid of the rock?
