Picked up what I hope is a nice rainbow pectinia. Need ideas of where it should go. I read low in tank. I have 2 places I'm thinking of.
Place 1 is foot of the main centerpiece rock
Place 2 is base of rock on right side of tank. Down at the bottom. I do want to put euphillia up there. Have a frogspawn and a gallexea on that side now.

Place on right foot? Have a space invader pectinia on the other side. Assuming they cannot be close to each other

Or place on this side of tank. On foot. Or on its own rock (in foreground but away from the zoas)

Bottom to mid tank is good and make sure it is clear of any other corals. They have some good sized feeder tentacles that come out at night and will nuke anything within reach.

They can get massive, so just plan for some room to grow. Right side looks like a good spot.
right side all the way right or right foot of center
