Hello , I am looking for some advice setting light schedule for zoa only frag tank. Light is mounted on a rms mount approximately 9" of water, tank is also 24Lx18Wx9H. I have tried running the preset schedules and even used WWC schedule. Zoas seem to shrink in size from when I originally purchased. I have set to par level of 80 to 100 across tank and still small. Any advice and a schedule for similiar set up would be greatly appreciated . Thanks CJ

I have XR30 G5 blues over my mixed reef with lots of success. This is the spectrum I run. Intensity will change depending on what you want to keep, but I have mine on RMS arms with zoas in the mid 30-40% height of the tank and my lights are at 50% intensity.

but I will say, it may not be lighting. 80-100 PAR is low, if they’re not getting enough light they will reach for it, extend their base away from the plug. Too much light and you’ll see them slide away off the plug to hide behind edges of the rock and not be in direct light. Shrinking is likely a lack of nutrients in my experience
