Question for Zoo experts

Since the color of Zoanthids change in relation to environmet and Lighting,how many zoas that we are calling different names are actually the same zoa as others just different conditions?

I put a frag of green star green skirt zoos ,at the top of my tank,another at the bottom.....the one at top stayed the same,the lower one turned brown with green skirt.

Lots. I think people need to just use the names to get a general picture of what a zoa looks like, not for exact identification.
