Q: Rock Flower Anemone Puffy Mouth ?!

Anyone here ever seen this where its mouth is open , swollen , or puffy .. 24/7 for the last 7-10 days. They look fine with nice coloration and all but I’m a bit puzzled. Haven’t dosed or done anything. Though I haven’t seen my yellow Coris wrasse about the same amount of time .. 7-10 days. TIA

One of mine does that permanently, it’s been 3 years, still pouting. Another one of mine does it occasionally, on and off. I don’t know what it means. But mine are well fed and very happy so I don’t think it’s anything bad.
