I have a couple just like that, I'm not sure where I bought it from but that seems like a good price. They do require a $25.00 minimum

Those are fine. Anything PVC for potable water that doesn't contain metal is going to be reef safe. So schedule 40 and 80 PVC and fittings are fine.
