I have a 10 gallon AIO Inn. Marine frag tank that is cycling at the moment and waiting to stock lightly with Zoanthids. I'm wanting to get a small Condylactis or Haitian Reef Anemone for it and a few sexy shrimp. I imagine food for the shrimp will circulate in the tank and fall in the nems tentacles plus shrimp poo. What PAR numbers do I need to get it in the appropriate zone? I don't want to starve it for light or bake it and kill off all the Zooxanthellae. Just need to know basic Condy care.

First, condy’s can get big, 6-10” easily. Lighting is similar to other anemones. High lighting requirements in general. I don’t know that someone can give you an exact minimum par, but similar to sps requirements. Your zoas may not like that much light. So something else to consider. Rock flower anemones may be a better choice for tank size and lighting.
