just a note to say what a pleasure it is to do business with high quality customer service focused companies.
I ordered a new Kamoer peristaltic pump from Premium aquatics that arrived last Friday very fast shipping as I had ordered on Wednesday
When I opened the box sorry to say one of the plastic nipples on the tubing had gotten broken.
I sent an email to Premium Aquatics Friday night and by Saturday morning I had a response that they would get a replacement from Coralvue sent my way or exchange the entire unit.
I opted to let them have Coralvue just send the part.
By Monday afternoon I had confirmation replacement part had shipped and had tracking number. Within 2 days I received the part and I will be installing the pump today.
Thank you to Premium Aquatics and Coralvue for getting this corrected so fast you have a loyal customer here.
