PPE growing second skirt???

One of our PPE frags is growing a second skirt. It's very odd anyone else have anything like this happen? Here are some pictures of it.

Are those PPE's? It could be me, but they dont look like they have the green skirt?

I don't know I just know they are PPE i don't know what all those other letters mean.

SS= second skirt DS= double skirt

I just fraged these they looked crappy for a couple of days. They are just getting there colors back. I was told they were PPE's but if you don't think they are please tell me so I know for the future. Thanks guys!
