Has anyone tried brewery wash? I was cleaning out an exceptionally disgusting protein skimmer and a brewer recommended this stuff.

Yes, hubs has it on hand since he brews. I use it on all kinds of stuff (we even use it in our dishwasher instead of regular detergent). Never had an issue with anything I deep soaked for the tank in it, but I always do an rodi soak and rinse after to be safe.

I'm also a brewer, and hadn't considered this. I'll have to give it a try.
I do know that PBW can degrade some plastics. Some of my brewing equipment states to limit exposure to it.
