In my previous thread, I have a powder brown tang that twitches when I turn on the lights. As suggested, I left my lights off for 72 hours and let the natural light cycle run. Didn’t help, he continues to twitch and swim really fast around the tank when the lights are on.. I have no idea what to do.

Is he twitching at his reflection in the glass?
When lights out, can’t see his reflection.

Twitching can be a response parasitical infection, flukes or a a display of aggression.

just a thought...
Oh my gosh... ‍♂️ You just made me realize that he only twitches when he gets near the glass. So is it something that he’ll get used to?
