Hello, I notice my larger clown’s eye appears slightly cloudy. Active and eating completely fine, is this anything to worry about? It’s her left eye.

Not seeing other flaws on fish, this may be a scratch on eye surface or light injury. While you can risk it and wait to see if it clears, im seeing too many fish getting eye infection. I would quarantine fish and treat with Maracyn AKA Maracyn1 which is ethromyacin for 5 days

With just one eye affected, it is most likely an injury., It doesn't look too severe to me, I would just observe it for now. Watch for increased cloudiness, a bulging eye, or the start of the same issue on other other eye.

I do not have any quarantine mechanism in my home
