Hey Guys finally have an official quarantine tank setup to fully eradicate ich. The other day I noticed a growth coming from my Lightning Maroons gill. Any recommendations on the best treatment for fungus even better some insight on what this could be if it’s not fungus. I hope this video provides enough clarity on the area. Thank you so much!

This appears bacterial over fungus and fish may get away with treatment using Ruby Rally Pro in the display tank but ideal would be to treat with Seachem Neoplex in a separate quarantine tank adding aeration via air stone and monitor ammonia levels during treatment period

External fungus are very, very rare in marine fishes. I agree, this is more likely bacterial.
