Not from the pictures provided.

You mentioned “white “ which makes me think about bacteria, and that can film over the glass. The long strands appear to be green algae, caulerpa, or bryopsis species?

Pictures were not great but it’s growing like long strands of hair and waving in the flow current. Any recommendations on how to destroy this stuff? Tank does not have any fish or corals. It’s been cycling for about 7 weeks now and all the parameters look good.

If no fish or corals, why so much algae? There should be no algae.

You're not feeding the tank are you? Are you adding anything to the tank? Why are the lights on?

What are you testing your parameters with?
Hair algae like that is usually a result of elevated parameters.
