Possible Vermedit snails? Are the alive orrrrr?

Hi! I have a fairly new tank stil in the cycling phases, are these Vermedit snails? The appear to be from the reference thread, but their ends are white clear so I wasn’t sure if they had already died? Or how you tell?

Looks like it. If they are, the ends look like a pile of poop where it attaches to The Rock.

That rock look like it was bleached. If that rock was bleached or dried out for some time, they are dead.

I’ll have to ask the LFS it was sold as live wet rock so possible dried bleached and the bacteria reintroduced if that’s a thing?

Any rock can be made alive again. It's the bacteria inside the Rock is why we call it "live".
