I have a newly cycled reef tank, 30 gallons in size, and bought 3 chromis just a week ago. Two died almost instantly with physical symptoms that resemble uronema. I have one still alive, but it also has symptoms now. I'll show pictures.

What are my options? I don't have corals or inverts yet. Can I dose metro or H2O2 in it? I have 2 fish now: the sick chromis and one small lawnmower blenny.

Please help me. I'm really stressed; it's a matter of acting fast. 20240427_193119.jpg 20240427_192911.jpg

play video on my device- can you post a you tube video?
If uronema, will be oval and often triggered by excess waste in the tank and low salinity
Formalin is best but hard to find
Other option is a ruby rally pro bath of 60 minutes then treatment with the same

Looks like Uronema and the other factors add up to that (new chromis). There is no real treatment for internal Uronema, but it doesn’t typically spread to other fish outside of the affected group.
