Is this lympho? If so do you adjust your QT procedure?

So I received a juvenile emperor angelfish as well as a Flame angel from Divers den, went straight into 3% peroxide bath for 30min after temp acclimation float then on to a pre-dosed copper power QT at 1.0ppm. Slowly raised to 2.0 over 24hrs. Both fish looked great upon arrival and the emperor was eating like a hog 1hr into QT tank. I started noticing the below spots on the very edge of the pectoral and caudal fins. It’s been 6 days at therapeutic copper spots no better no worse fish is “unstressed” but a diminished appetite. Any input? Fin rot, healing, bacterial infection,

That does look like classic Lymphocystis and Emperors are the poster child for this. It may get worse before it gets better, but as you are probably aware, there is no treatment.
When you dipped with 3% peroxide, do you mean 3% of a 3% solution?

I should have put 150ppm of H2O2 to be more accurate.

Would you continue the Copper? I run Purigen on my quarantine tank to try to keep the water quality as good a possible since I have read that water quality/stress/nutrition can worsen it.
Thanks
Aaron

Definitely continue the copper - Lymphocystis rarely kills, and copper prevents the common diseases that will. I've never used Purigen with copper though....
