I hope this will be a good enough view to determine whether or not is actually ich or not. I am almost 100% confident the torn up fin is from fighting the other clown I have.

The virus gets into the fish's skin cells and causes them to grow to giant size. Then, the fish's immune response kicks in and the virus is controlled.
Lymphocystis lesions tend to grow on the fins and are larger than a pinhead. Ich can be found on the body and on the fins, and is always pinhead size or smaller. The ich spots tend to come and go and change location every few days, but generally increasing in number. I see Lymphocystis here, however, there could easily be some ich spots mixed in there - no way to tell for sure.
