Pool Spa Stainless UV Steriliser in Salt Tank

As title. Can a pool Spa Uv steriliser (304 SS) (https://www.tidrouv.com/uv-sterilizer/uv-sterilizer-machine-for-home.html) be used in a reef saltwater tank? I have been offered one for a good price. it's just if it's compatible or not.
Also what are most aquarium ones made from?

304 vs. 316 - which is more expensive?​
