Over the last week I have been noticing reduce polyp extension on all my birdsnest and stylophora. I removed the green birdsnest colony and tiny black pods came off. I see these guys all over the substrate as well. I don’t know if they are Tegaste pods. I am not sure if they are actually preying on the coral or eating the dying coral. Are these the dreaded black bugs?

Need closer and clearer pics and video but may be ostracods know as grass shrimp as they love algae
