The first thing I would look at is the hole sizes in the overflow box.
I think the 2" holes would be for a 1 1/4" bulkhead.
And I think the 2 3/4" holes are for either 1 3/4" or 2". It will depend on the bulkhead you use. So you'll want to get that all figured out first.
Then, figure out what drain system you want to use. I would make 1 of the big holes a siphon by putting a gate valve under it, and the other big one a trickle. The remaining smaller holes could be 2 returns or a return and an extra emergency drain. This would give you a Herbie type drain system, sort of.
For a 200 gallon, I would shoot for about 1000 gph through the sump. So pick your return pump or pair of pumps based on that. I might pick a pair of Eheim 1262s, 1 through each hole, but there are lots of opinions on which pump to use.
