Had this flame angel for a week. Is acting fine at the moment, can’t tell if this is just a cut, or icy, or velvet. Please help

It isn't ich or velvet. It also isn't HLLE or Lymphocystis. The picture isn't really clear, but I think that just leaves an injury. However, it is unusual for an injury to just show up like that - what other fish are in the tank with it?

I was able to expand pic and looks like a loose scale over an injury. Saltwater fish heal on their own and quickly and should heal itself. Just keep am eye on it to assure it is healing and not becoming infected
