thanks, should I have two on either side or just one? Also should I put it on wave mode or constant or random?
Depends on rockwork & type of sand. Every tank is different and not one size fits all. Pics of your setup may help folks tell ya what to try.

Here is the basic idea for my aqua scape. I might build it a little taller but this is it for the most part EE398475-31A9-4111-8CCC-E312F1A2E27C.jpegDE2CA604-1E7E-48A2-8C74-F03AFC3D98A0.jpeg612DC931-8558-48EA-A932-64DFC6DF5101.jpeg

One is plenty. You will be turning it down if anything. I run one that is similar in my 60. I like to use the pulse wave feature. I set the frequency for how many inches across my tank is. It creates a good surging movement. Softies and LPS love this. SPS need more. I balance this by putting my SPS high and in line with the wave maker so they get the highest flow.

Also, just looked at your wave maker more closely. I think one should be enough, but mine is the larger size. Try it out and see. Wave pulse mode might be a little low on flow, but other modes may be enough. They often have a randomized setting that can be good.

So if your tank were to be X, you'd set frequency to X? What is the idea behind this if I may ask?
