Does such a thing exist? Anyone have pics? I think I picked one up recently, but just checking if it's just my lighting or if it's a legit color in rics.
? what type? Yuma or Florida......I have a Florida Ric that is pink not like fluorescent pink but barbie pink and we have seen Yumas that are the fluorescent pink.....I have not seen or heard of a Florida ricordea that is Fluorescent pink...
That looks really orange to me leshampton. No offense.
I had a REALLY nice pink yuma but it got cut up by my power head and got shredded. Now there is a tiny little BRIGHT neon green yuma from the remains of the big one.
Very nice pics guys. James, I meant Florida Ric. Here's a quick pic I took of it, dead center. Not as nice as James' pink ric, but I like it nevertheless. It split the night after I mounted it.
One way you can tell for sure is to take a picture in the dark with flash and if it still has that same coloration then it might very well be true coloration......I would wait for a few weeks and see what happens under your lighting as well since I am sure your lighting is better and once it get's stable under your lighting you will see the final outcome.....I have had some ricordea morph a bit in color under better lighting. The bright pink one wasn't as bright a pink when I first got it, now it is much pinker then it was. It took about a month for it to really color up, I say that is a very sweet ricordea none the less......
Thank you chisstie.....
Once I get a few more I can get you one Jesse I have 3 right now.....Not sure if your into rics or not.....
Most of those(except yumas) look like orange or orange cream colors to me, although lighting can play a serious role in the colors to the eye as well as the camera too....But personally I wouldn't call them pink more of a shade of light orange....No offense ment Flyguy.....
