Pile of giant fish poops

I am getting a giant pile of large fish poops forming in one corner. ( the poops are so big, the first time i thought it was a worm!)
My Question is, gravel siphon it out regularly? I do water changes 1/ week. Or try to move wave makers to eliminate that spot?

Increase flow, so there are no “ dead “ areas.

ok so if it was me, i wouldnt want it all in the corner so it would disperse around the tank. yes vacuum it up, and then fix the flow
