I don't have 20k as most of you all know so that is a big scam there as well......

I remember once I posted a picture of my Eagle Eyes, and someone accused me of stealing it frm the cover of That Pet Place catalog...until they learned that one on the cover was mine also!!

It looks like the pics were taken right of zoaid. Reefer2005 was the original photographer on zoaid.

Yea that's what I thought too.....In the eBay message I told him that Zoaid.com was the only ones that had the authorazation to use that pic...We shall see....Loser! This Zoafrags brother?...LOL that how he started.....

I found someone infringing a copyrighted work that I registered. Can the Copyright Office help me stop this?

What Is Infringement?
Copyright is a bundle of exclusive rights. Section 106 of the copyright law provides the owner of copyright in a work the exclusive right:

To distribute copies of the work to the public by sale or other transfer of ownership, or by rental, lease, or lending;
To perform the work publicly;

Section 501 of the copyright law states that “anyone who violates any of the exclusive rights of the copyright owner ...is an infringer of the copyright or right of the author.â€

Generally, under the law, one who engages in any of these activities without obtaining the copyright owner's permission may be liable for infringement. Nevertheless, there are several limitations of the exclusive rights of the copyright owner. The copyright law provides exemptions from infringement liability by authorizing certain uses under particularized circumstances. These exemptions are enumerated generally in sections 107-122 of the copyright law.

I saw them and thought about bidding. I couldnt remember where I saw that pic before. Can they get banned from ebay for using other peoples pics? The blue speckled hunters pic is from zoaid.

Well I didn't get a message from the person with the auction, but I did get one from eBay and have a bunch of paper work I will have to fill out. I sent the person a message and asked them if they remove the picture I would not take further actions, and from what I have been able to search on eBay they have done that. The link at the top and the 2 auctions they had have both pictures taken down. Although it does come up on the store front list of auctions they have done what I asked for the most part. I still have the paperwork and will keep an eye out with this persons auctions. I did give my word that I would not take further actions as along as they took down the pics so I won't formally file against them. I will however if they do it again and try to get away with it.
