Hi,

I have my light scheduled for sunrise at 9am and sunset at midnight. However, the cool blue channel stays on all night until sunrise again. I don't have the moon light settings activated, and I tried unplugging and plugging back in. I also tried activating the moonlight, and it seems to adjust the cool blue light intensity, but it doesn't turn off when I deactivate it.

Have you considered going to the source?
ReefBreeders has a forum here at R2R and I'm sure you could find some help there. The owner, Logan, is a good guy and works hard to keep up good customer relations and quality products.

Sounds like a glitch. Have you tried leaving the moon lighting set to on and turn the power setting for that to 0?

That has worked for me. A little annoying but solves the issue.

I had a similar issue when set mine up. I assumed if I had the moon phase set to off it would be off. Makes sense right? Turns out I had to set it to 0 and turn it off or they would run at night Screenshot_20240206-105942.png

Mine is at 0% and off, but it still turns on at night. I am now going to try 0% and on.

That should fix it. I had same issue and reached out to Logan the owner. Here was the response I got.

To shut the moonlights off- turn the moon phases ON, then set the max intensity to 0%.

Our latest update should fix that as well- it should be out in the next day or so.
