Mine is a pig and is the first to the top of the water when I approach the tank. I swear if I ever needed to catch him I could scoop him out with a cup.

Great deal but hop onto nutrition. This guy is thin for a midas as they are prone to starvation as they are often given wrong diet in captivity and develop bladder issues as well.
If in quarantine, a Prazi bath or treament would not be bad in the event of any issues and good foods are Mysis shrimp, LRS Herbivore diet and marine cuisine which are higher in fats. You'll also see higher color in turn

Just curious was it labeled as a canary blenny? The PetCo around me seems to frequently stock both.

Yep the stomach on mine is usually darker as you can possibly see in the awful picture of mine
