Pest on Goni Frag? ID Help

Got this ORA red goni frag last week and it was not dipped. What are these darker red spots? They move around whenever a fish or something is close.

harmful? How do I get rid of them?

Always take pics for identification under white lights. Can’t see anything in your pic.
