Hey I’ve noticed these bug like critters in my tank for a while now and I just took a piece of live rock out to clean and about 20 of them came off. I’m not sure what it is but is there any fish that will eat these guys?

Reefers, including myself are paying money to get those critters ( amphipods), you got for free.
Most omnivorous fish with mouth large enough will eat them.
They are all different sizes, copepods, amphipods like those and isopods tend to be larger but some are undesirable. The ones you have are good.
awesome!! Now I know to stop screwing with these guys
