I bought this brand new from BRS two years ago and toyed with setting it up many times but finally decided I don’t want to hassle with the plumbing and would rather have a quarantine tank if I get a disease outbreak. I have not taken the quartz sleeve or uv bulb out of their protective tubes. I did apply Teflon tape to the input/output unions and glued in fittings for a leak test. Includes the body, ballast, input/ output unions, quartz sleeve with its nut and washer, 18 watt uv bulb with its nut and washer, user guide, and Neat Aquatics mounting clamps with included screws. Everything sells with shipping included for $260.
