Par meter borrow/rent

Hello, I live in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada (Cambridge, Kitchener, Guelph, Waterloo) and I can't find a par meter for rent anywhere.

Anyone in my area that has one I can borrow or rent? Literally just need it for a day.

If you strike out you can buy one from BRS use it for a month and then return it for I think its a $100 re-stocking fee.
