Zoas and Palys seem to do this, and sometimes you will find an entire colony doing it at once.

From my experience these are the reasons why zoas/palys do #2.

Feeding them.
Stress from fragging, new to your tank, and general tank stress (swings in parameters).

In the end, if they are open and full I wouldn't worry about it.

If your zoas/palys do a #2 tomorrow you should take a picture of the zoas with you holding some TP in your hand (outside the tank of course). It would be a sure thing for the 2008 ZoaID calendar.

oooo boy were talking about paly poo! We all need a vacation....SOON!! But I will be watching for the doodoo though! My son thinks I am outta my mind! He said "Mom, dad is on poddie patrol tonight".
