Not sure how I missed this stunning build! Natural Tampa sunlight is just over the top amazing. Just how mother nature intended the corals to be viewed. I visit Sarasota often. Can't replicate your sunshine in Ohio unfortunately. Maybe that is why I still run daylight halides. Very impressive reef (emphasis added)!

Great to have you following along never too late to join the journey.

We're coming up on our one year anniversary since refresh and 12 years since we started this project.

Not going to lie there were many times over the years I wanted to throw in the towel, so glad that persevered and kept the system going.

Question - So one of the local LFS just got in a Yellow Belly Regal Angelfish. I was thinking about adding it to our reef, am I asking for trouble?

Can’t help ya with the current question but love your reef. Are you still happy you went with acrylic? Would you do it differently?

Thanks so much. Yes I still am happy I went with acrylic last year I was able to do a complete refinish of all the panels and didn't have to break the tank down. Only thing I I would have done differently wish I would have went wider maybe 4ft for more swim room.
