OT - I couldn't resist the urge during all the sales, so I bought myself a little present

I just received a Christmas present I bought for myself.

I don't really get any helicopter practice in, so I finally decided to get a micro 4 channel to play around with in the house during winter. This model, like other helis this size, holds up well in crashes. The parts are easy to find and cheap to replace. It has a pretty nice gyro onboard which makes it pretty stable for flying outside.

This one operates the same as a real one, so it is very maneuverable. The dogs are already nervous and have evacuated the living room now. eep: lane:

wow that's cheap. When I bought mine it was 130 bucks and the transmitter was as basic as can be and the size of your fist lol

I have gotten some indoor filghts and my first outdoor flight today. It did better than I expected.

I have had it about 3 months,just hadn't much time to fly it.Now we need to figure out how to mix reef tanks with rc helis.MTRC has a thread on rc planes and helis.
