so i'm gonna setup a new primary domain controller at work and gonna use
server 2008 r2 E.E.. but i gotta raise the functional level from 2000, install the DC then transfer the fsmo roles from the old to new..


but i've got a feeling that this thing is just gonna blow up on me... :tongue::beated:

Be sure to dip those FSMO roles when you transfer them. Don't want to get those nasty DCEF on the new server.

Sounds like a good start to me! I agree, DIP those FSMO's. You have to do it once a week for 15 weeks :nerd:
