Hello Tunze,

It looks like I have a similar issue that others have had. I purchased the unit 13 months ago but it has only been running 3 months. It will only fill water when I turn off the unit and back on. It will fill for about 15 seconds. So every few hrs I have to switch it off and back on to keep filling my tank.

FYI - the float switch works… and will sound the alarm if filled that high. I just can’t seem to get the sensor to work on it’s own.

I have tried to clean the sensor, no change. The sensor is in a dark area in the return section of my sump. I live in Ontario Canada and cannot locate local support. Can you assist?

thank you
