Oscellaris laying eggs in hospital tank

Hello,
About a week ago we had an outbreak of marine velvet in our QT tank - we believe it came from adding snails to our tank. We quickly lost a mustard tang and a BS Jawfish.
Within hours we set up our hospital tank and started treated with copper and metro. We have 2 clowns, 1 angel, 3 PJ and 1 damsel.
Today we noticed our female clown fish is cleaning the top of the PVC pipe and rubbing her privates all over it. She has gotten very territorial but we figured it was due to going from 120 gallon to 20 gallon.

Question. - does it sound like she’s laying eggs? If she does leg eggs will they die due to the medications?

The eggs will die any any tank unless it's set up for raising them. I've not raised them but have read a bit and have not read of them surviving accidentally.
