Hi reefers,

Question regarding stocking of my still cycling 76g (48x24x16) mixed reef tank. I’m planning my stock list and am looking for opinions on whether I am likely to see more or less aggression from a single ocellaris clownfish vs two. I’ve read here that a mated pair can set up a territory around 2 feet, which is half of my tank. If the clowns go in first, is this a bad idea?

Thanks in advance!

Depends on the clowns - some are just mean in pairs or alone. I like how the pair behaves together, so it makes it worth it. That might also be because my female claimed half the tank before the mate even came in.
Definitely add them last, they are very territorial.
