Sup everyone Curious to see how many people still have some of there original pieces from when there were new to the hobby or any pieces that started as a tiny frag and now are huge colony’s, If so let me see them!!! To me there’s something that feels so accomplishing being able to keep these complex organism alive and well for so long!!! Fell free to post pictures or tell stories that you may have!

Super cool that its the same frag from your OG colony, hopefully that bad boy keeps growing and it becomes a massive colony!

Only have one left. A fire and ice zoanthus colony that is now over 15 years old. Had it in my first 40 liter tank where it had grown to around 50 polyps. It survived two tank crashes which reduced the colony to less than 10 polyps. Now it is larger than ever with 150 to 200 polyps. There is still the life rock from the first tank somwhere under them.
