That would depend on your intended stocking levels and anticipated doc load.
Lighter stocking 160
Heavier stocking 220

I have the 160 on a 200 gallon with light stocking and am very happy.

I have had both, bought the 160 to initially run on my 120g prior to planned upgrade to 240g. It ran well on both tanks, but the 220 went on sale and I figured why not. I have not had any issue with either skimmer. I still want a Bubble King.

If you have the space (and extra cash) go for the bigger one. You could always dial it back later on (vs.not having skimming power).
I have the 220 on my 110gal and it works perfectly for as I am heavily stock.
Yeah my mind is saying 220 and my wallet is saying 160 lol
