Hello everyone! My name is Cody and I am new to Reef2Reef. I have been in the hobby for about 8 months now and currently have a 75 gallon mixed reef. I am excited to start this new build of a 10 gallon Nuvo Fusion Nano 10. I would love to hear tips and suggestions from the community. I would like to give a heads up and say that as I am a college student, this will have slow progression atleast until this semester is over. So far, this is what I have:

Equipment:
Tank- Nuvo 10
Stand- will DIY this at some point
Lighting- AI Prime HD
Return pump- Sicce Syncra 0.5
Return nozzle- Spinstream (hoping I can get away without a power head, read mixed things on whether or not this was the case)
Media Basket- IM CustomCaddy 20
ATO- Tunze Nano 3152

So far, this is what I have. I am still trying to decide if getting a skimmer will be beneficial enough over doing a gallon or so water change weekly. If I do get a skimmer, I would probably DIY a Reef Glass/ Mame style skimmer as this would fit nicely in the tight middle compartment of the rear chamber. Anyway, here are a few pictures of what I have so far. Let me know what you think/any questions!
